Launched in 1936, and relaunched in 1989, this FLORAL fragrance from the founder of Elizabeth Arden, Florence Graham, is named in tribute to the views of the windswept prairies from her home in Virginia, USA. First impact indicates a fresh, aldehydic scent, which opens out into the middle notes of Jasmine, Rose, Lavender, Spices. The base notes are Sandalwood, Vetiver and Virgin Cedar. The essential oil vetiver is distilled from Khus-Khus, or vetiver Grass. It is traditionally used as a base note due to its fixative qualities. Top Notes : Lavender, Bergamot, Orange Flower; Heart Notes : Jasmine, Rose, Lavender, Spices ; Base Notes : Sandalwood, Vetiver, Cedar
