Why charge for postage?
There is no such thing as free Postage and Packing (P&P), so at Direct Cosmetics we have decided not to offer that as an option. This is the way we have established our mail order business since 1977. Any web site that offers free P&P has already included the delivery price in the selling price for each item.
REMEMBER: Deliveries need signatures
Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address specified to sign for the order during the day, as orders have to be signed for on delivery. No-one in during the day? Why not send it to a work/friends address?
Why does my card keep on being declined?
Your card MUST be enrolled in Verified By Visa or Mastercode Securecode for your purchase to be successful. Sorry, we are unable to take orders without this facility.
What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all European countries.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are sent out via:-
Your order will be despatched within the next 2 working days, but please allow up to a further
15 working days for delivery.
Will I be liable for any additional charges?
Each country has their own level of import duties and taxes that may be charged on items coming into the country. Please note that Direct Cosmetics is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict how much they will be.

AEROSOL SHIPPING: Aerosols are no longer able to be shipped outside the UK by Airmail, to avoid delay in processing your order please do not add aerosols to your basket if ordering for delivery overseas.
