Why charge for postage?
There is no such thing as free Postage and Packing (P&P), so at Direct Cosmetics we have decided not to offer that as an option. This is the way we have established our mail order business since 1977. Any web site that offers free P&P has already included the delivery price in the selling price for each item.
REMEMBER: Deliveries need signatures
Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address specified to sign for the order during the day, as orders have to be signed for on delivery. No-one in during the day? Why not send it to a work/friends address?
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are sent out via:-
Your order will be despatched within the next 2 working days, but please allow
up to a further 5 working days for delivery.
What are your Postage and Packing (P&P) rates?
Our postage and packing charges are based on weight, our base charge for an order is £1.95 which you then need to add the individual product delivery price to.
To show individual item delivery prices please register/login.

Our maximum P&P charge is £3.95, so if you ordered one-hundred giftsets you will still only pay £3.95 P&P.
