There are no delivery restrictions for: Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands and Spain.
Due to restrictions, we cannot send Fragrances, Aerosols or Nail Varnish products to other international countries, Portugal Islands and Spain ( Balearic Islands and Canary Islands)

DHL Next Day: Orders must be received by 1pm Monday - Thursday to ensure next day delivery. There will be no deliveries or warehouse collections on a Bank Holiday, therefore any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will have a delivery aim of 2 days.

REMEMBER: Tracked service and Next Working day service require your signature on delivery. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address specified to sign for the order during the day, or if you are not in to receive your order, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office

Orders are normally despatched to you within 1 working day of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must send us an email to confirm. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

Non Collection: If you do not collect the parcel from the sorting office within 10 days, the parcel should be returned to us. On receipt of the parcel we will refund you the monies minus any applicable delivery charges. If you would like us to re-send the item a delivery charge will applicable based on the service you request (orders over the value of £35 will have to be sent recorded delivery). Please check our delivery page for details of current delivery charges.

If a product has been damaged in transit or is incorrect, please email a picture of the item(s) within 3 working days of receipt to customercare@directcosmetics.com. A member of the customer care team will be in touch.

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods, please return your item within 30 days. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched by Direct Cosmetics. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.
We will issue a full refund to your original payment method, at the price you paid for the product. Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order.

Some items are non-returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. The right to cancel does not apply to goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods (if they become unsealed after delivery).

For Health and Safety reasons we will not accept any colour cosmetic or skincare products for refund or exchange.

Please contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
