Starring a double-ended design, the liner comes equipped with a smudge applicator, allowing for dramatic effect at a moment's notice.
Spherical Polymers support smooth application that glides in a tug-free motion.
How to use:
Using the thin end of the applicator, gently stretch the pencil outwards for a defined look. Or use the flat side to smudge and blend, eliminating any gaps between lashes.
Upper Lid: Apply the liner from the outside of the eye and work inwards. This allows for a thicker line on the outer third and allows for better control. Work in short strokes taking care to work into the lashline.
